XXXOM TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
BY ENTERING THE XXX OUTLET MALL ("The Site"), owned by Creative Spirit Corp ("CSC"), you are stating that you agree in the affirmative to following Terms & Conditions:
a) That you are an adult and meet the age requirements and that you are over the age for consent for your particular community, state, province, or nation to view sexually graphic materials as governed by your particular local laws.
b) That this site is an adult entertainment site and may only be enjoyed by consenting adults who desire sexually explicit graphics, video, and audio content. All minors and people who find this material objectionable are not permitted to view the content of this site and are instructed to leave immediately.

j) That CSC provides its services to you subject to the Terms & Conditions Agreement, which may be updated at any time without notice to you. Any changes posted are effective immediately upon posting. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated into this Terms & Conditions Agreement.
k) That in consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to: 1) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by any form (such information being the "Registration Data") and 2) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or CSC has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, CSC has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof), and you hereby waive rights to any refund.
l) That you agree to be personally liable and fully indemnify the Company (CSC) and its successors and assigns for any and all damages directly, or indirectly and/or consequentially resulting from any attempted or actual unauthorized access, viewing, receipt, transmission, downloading or other use or duplication of materials from the Site by you alone, or with, or under the authority of, any other person(s), including, without limitation, any government agency(ies), wherein such damages include, without limitation, all direct and consequential damages directly or indirectly resulting from unauthorized downloading of materials from the Site, including attorney's fees.
m) That you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of Content owned by CSC obtained by use of the Site.
n) That CSC may terminate, in its sole discretion, your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Site if it believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms & Conditions Agreement. CSC shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Site.
o) That you are responsible for cancelling your membership if you do not want to remain a member. You may cancel your subscription through our authorized merchant, CCBill.com. Failure to provide accurate contact information or failure to properly request a cancellation may result in your account being charged for the entire subscription amount. Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless notice is received prior to the renewal date. www.ccbill.com
p) That you agree that CSC is not responsible for any claims of malfunctions or damages to your computer, hard-drive(s), software, etc that arise from the use of the Site.
q) That I understand that all models in all depictions featured on this site are over the age of 18. Pursuant to Title 18, Part I, Chapter 110, subsection 2257 of the U.S. Code, all models and actors depicted in products and visuals on the Site were over the age of (18) at the time of creation of said depictions, according to the Custodian of Records at the Studio(s) that created said products or visuals.
r) That Bookmarking or directly accessing any page of the Site and by-passing this Terms & Condition Agreement shall constitute an implicit acceptance of this Agreement.
